    If a property is included in an Owners Corporation Avant Townhomes prepares a set of Owners Corporation Rules. This document sets out the initial rules that govern the operation of the property and the Owners Corporation. After the project is complete the owners have the right (subject to voting) to change the Owners Corporation Rules.
